Ordinary Vertical Roller Mill
- Output size (μm): 22-180
- Features of equipment: The equipment scale of ordinary vertical roller mill is large and the output is high, which can meet the large-scale production of the enterprises. The stability of vertical grinding mill is high and the investment cost is relatively high.
- Grinding structure of vertical roller mill: The grinding table of vertical mill is parallel to the ground. According to the requirements of grinding fineness and productivity, the number of grinding rollers can be divided into two roller vertical mill, three roller vertical mill, four roller vertical mill and six roller vertical mill. The roller of the vertical grinding mill is placed on the grinding table like a car wheel and is connected to a rocker arm. When the vertical grinding mill is running, the position of the grinding roller is unchanged. Grinding rollers do autobiographical movement without direct contact with the grinding table. At the same time, the bottom grinding table rotates, and the material in the gap between the grinding roller and the grinding table is rolled into powder.
Raymond Mill

- Features of equipment: Mainly for grinding of coarse power under 600 mesh. Equipment investment cost is low, suitable for small and medium-sized pulverizing enterprises. Raymond mills have low energy consumption and relatively weak stability.
- Grinding structure of Raymond mill: The grinding table of Raymond mill is almost vertical to the ground, which is different from the ordinary vertical roller mill and the ring roller mill. The number of Raymond mill rollers is generally five to six. During the vertical roller mill operation, the grinding rollers on the spring quincunx make a circular movement in the direction of the horizontal plane around the central axis. The bottom blade of Raymond mill continuously reciprocates up and down to lift the bottom material. The lifted material is sent between the grinding roller and the side wall grinding ring for grinding. The Raymond mill grinding ring is fixed on the side wall of the grinder, and is fixed.
Ring Roller Mill
- Output size (μm): 5-45
- Features of equipment: Ring roller mill is suitable for producing ultrafine powder with low energy consumption. The equipment investment cost is low, the output is moderate. Market expectations for large ring roller mill are good.
- Grinding structure of ring roller mill: The grinding table of ring roller mill has multiple layers, and several grinding roller wheels are evenly distributed on each grinding table. The number of grinding roller wheels can reach 36. The grinding table of the ring roller mill is parallel to the ground, and the multilayer grinding table is parallel to the vertical space. During the operation of the ring roller mill, the rotation of the main shaft drives the auxiliary shaft equipped with the grinding roller wheels to rotate accordingly. The grinding roller wheel on the auxiliary shaft not only revolves around the main shaft, but also makes an autobiography around the respective auxiliary shaft. The grinding roller wheel of the ring roller mill produces strong centrifugal force in the process of revolution and autobiography. The material is ground into powder between the grinding table and the grinding roller wheel.
