Sand ball mill is the ball mill that can make sand, so it is also called ball mill sand making machine or sand mill. The sand ball mill is mainly used for finely crushed sand making operations of river pebble, granite, basalt and other materials with higher hardness. Since the machine-made sand processing by the sand ball mill is comparable to natural sand and gravel, it has been in high demand in the market in recent years.
The sand ball mill can make rock, sand, river pebbles and other materials into various particle sizes that meet the requirements of construction sand. The sand made by the sand mill has uniform particle size and high compressive strength. It is far more in line with construction requirements than natural sand and sand produced by ordinary hammer sanders and can improve construction quality. Main Parts of Sand Ball Mill

- Cylinder. The cylinder of the sand ball mill adopts high-strength steel plate material, which has good plasticity and strong impact resistance.
- Grinding steel ball. Sand mill adopts high strength forging steel ball with long service time.
- Integral frame. Sand ball mill adopts integral frame, which is convenient for civil construction and equipment installation.
- Steel bearing. Sand ball mill adopts steel bearing, special bearing for cruise motors, high strength, strong wear resistance and good operation performance.
- Rubber liner. The sand ball mill adopts high wear-resistant rubber liner, which has good grinding effect and low energy consumption.
- Discharge port. The sand ball mill adopts a large discharge port and has a large production capacity up to 330t/h.
Advantages of Sand Ball Mill
- In sand processing plant, sand ball mills are used to grind sand. Compared with natural sandstone, its adhesion is stronger. The surface of natural sandstone has been smooth and without edges due to friction for a long time, which is not a very good raw material for construction materials. The sand milled by the sand ball mill has a uniform grain size, full grain shape and clear polygonal edges, which can be very well matched when mixed with cement concrete.
- In a sand manufacturing plant, the sand ball mill is used to grind the sand, which has a smaller grain size than the sand produced by the sand making machine. The grain size of sand and stone made by sand making machine is large. When the need for a finer specification of sand auxiliary construction, the sand ball mill grinding sand will naturally more in line with user requirements.
